What areas do you serve?
York and roughly a 50-mile radius around it — McCool Junction, Fairmont, Benedict, Stromsburg, Seward, Aurora, Henderson, Geneva, Utica, Waco, Bradshaw, Exeter, Sutton and the towns between. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call and ask.
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates on new systems are free. On a repair, we diagnose the problem and give you the price before any work starts.
Can I get service after hours?
Yes. We run an after-hours emergency line for no-heat and no-cool situations. It's answered locally, not by a national dispatch service.
How quickly can you come out?
Same day whenever the schedule allows, and we prioritize households with no heat in winter or no cooling in extreme heat. Maintenance members go to the front of the line.
